Elizabeth Hollingshead trained as an actor on RADA's BA in Acting  and is represented by The BWH Agency.

She has been a member of the National Youth Theatre since 2012.

She is an Artistic Associate of the queer female-led theatre company OPIA Collective, performing and assistant directing various productions since 2017. She has worked both as acting coach and a 1st AD on multiple short films, is a tutor for drama school auditions, and was the Assistant on RADA's prestigious Short Courses. 

Elizabeth has worked as a facilitator with charities including Compass Collective, Haringey Shed and has trained in trauma informed practice with Clean Break. Inclusive practice is at the heart of her work. 

As a writer, she was part of Pentabus Theatre Company’s National Young Writers Scheme,

and her first short film is currently in development.
